Summer Retreat at 96 Park Road features pretty lake views from the dining room and deck. The home is tastefully decorated and is a lovely home to spend time in. Just walk down the road to the large public beach, or enjoy the nearby tennis courts, a children's playground, ball field and basketball hoops.




This beach is only a short 3 minute walk away.

The living space at Summer Retreat is all on one floor including the kitchen, dining area, a comfy sitting area, living room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The Living Room

The living room features cable TV, DVD
and VCR and a pretty fireplace.

The Kitchen and Dining Area

Prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen which 
includes fridge, cooktop, wall oven, dishwasher,
microwave, coffee maker, and all pots, pans,
dishes, and utensils.



There is a sitting room just off the kitchen and
dining area with a convenient hide-a-bed.

 



The dining area has a pretty lake view and sliding patio doors that
lead out to the deck.

The deck is a great place to relax!

 

The Bedrooms and Bathroom

 There are three bedrooms in total, two bedrooms each with a queen size bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds.
