Sunshine Acres Vacation Home is a spacious newly built home with all the amenities including central air conditioning!! The home features a living room, dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a bonus room.
The home is situated on nearly an acre of fenced land, but is centrally located within walking distance to two beaches, the Christina Lake town center, and most importantly the Kool-Treat ice cream shop.
Sunshine Acres is truly a perfect vacation home
for a couple or for the whole family.

Sunshine Acres is a 6 minute walk to Kingsley Beach (above)
and Ritchie Beach (bellow).

The Living Room

The formal living room on the main floor is a cozy room perfect for conversation and laughter.

The Dining Room The dining room is sunny and bright and has wonderful views of the splendid back yard.		The Kitchen Prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen which  includes fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and all pots, pans, dishes, and utensils.
The Great Outdoors The patio is large and private and has comfortable patio furniture and a BBQ. Enjoy relaxing evenings while watching the flickering flames around the firepit. (Pictures with patio furniture coming soon...)
Wow!! Look at the enormous back yard!! Enjoy kicking the soccor ball around or a game of bocci ball... or both. This yard is huge!! The Bonus Room Sunshine Acres features a bonus room with a TV with cable and a DVD player perfect for cozying up to watch a movie. The bonus room also features a hide-a-bed and a twin size bed for extra sleeping arrangements and desk with high speed internet. (Sorry, the treadmill does not come with the rental)
The Bedrooms and Bathrooms Sunshine Acres features 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double size bed and the second features a queen size bed. Both bedroom have magnificent views of the back yard. The Master Bedroom features a queen size bed and a luxurious en-suite. (Pictures of bedrooms one and two coming soon... )
The Main Bathroom
The main bathroom features a sink,toilet, tub, and shower. The Master Bedroom
