Loon Haven at 1630 West Lake Drive

1630 West Lake Drive is an awesome spot on Christina Lake with a nice flat lot and grass down to the beach. The beach is 70 feet wide. The property has breathtaking views of the lake and mountains.



The views are incredible and the beach is great!

 

Prepare your meals in
the fully equipped
kitchen including a fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave, coffee maker and all pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. 

The fridge, stove and dishwasher are new appliances.







The dining room is cozy with country style furniture

 

The home is almost 1700 square feet and has a living room, dining room, kitchen, sun room and two bedrooms. The living room, sun room and master bedroom all face the lake.



 The living room is spacious. It features large windows facing the lake and a rock fireplace with an insert. 


The living room features lovely comfortable furniture
with a queen size hide-abed .



The fireplace keeps the whole home warm and cozy 
on chilly days in Spring and Fall.

 

  
The sunroom faces the lake and has screens to let the breeze through. 

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The sleeping arrangements are great! The master bedroom inside the home has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen size bed. The living room also has a convenient queen size hide-abed.

The other two bedrooms are in the sleeping cottage a few steps from the back door of the home. 

 

The master bedroom features a king size bed and patio doors facing the lake.

The main bathroom has a bathtub, shower stall, sink and toilet. It is conveniently located between the two bedrooms in the home.

The 1/2 bath is close to the back door of the home. It has a toilet and sink.

The Sleeping Cottage

The sleeping cottage is just a few steps from the back door. It has 2 bedrooms, 
one with a queen size bed and the second with 2 full size beds.
